Royalties and advertising
In addition to the up-front franchise fee, you'll be responsible for a 5% maximum royalty contribution; the average is 4.2%. There is an DFW advertising cooperative contribution equal to 1.75% of sales and a National advertising cooperative of .5%. We also reccomend you spending 8% to 10% of sales on advertising in your neighborhood.
