Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure internet commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Your credit card information for you internet order is not stored on our web server. It goes through a pci compliant credit card processing service with even technically being on our server. That is why you must enter your credit card infomration every time. Some of the individual stores, not using Mr. Jim's 21st Century Point of Sales System, may store your credit card information and you should contact them directly regarding their security policies.
For all orders which are received and paid for, all sales are final. Refunds will be investigated and handled on a case by case basis for orders which were never delivered, or in cases of extreme dissatisfaction. The refund policy is determined by that individual store operator and is up to his full discretion. There are occasions where charges for online orders are authorized but not put through. Those charges will drop off in 3 to 4 days. In no case can a refund be issued by the corporate headquarters. You must contact the operator of that location for any refund request. We can contact the operator for you as well but we cannot authorize a refund.
